HOW LONG DOES A DRAWING TAKE?
A drawing generally takes about 20-40 hours, which is spread over the course of a week or two. You will be quoted a weekly slot for estimated completion based on current demand.
During busier periods, particularly Christmas, it is advised that you enquire as early as possible to avoid disappointment. If you have a particular deadline (a birthday for example), please let me know in your initial enquiry so I can accommodate where possible.

WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
I use Daler-Rowney's Heavy weight cartridge paper for all my drawings. It is an acid-free, archive quality paper. I use Pentel mechanical pencils with Pentel Ain Stein leads (0.3/0.5/0.7/0.9 mm 4H/3H/HB/2B/4B) as well as a range of other equipment. This includes tortillions, cotton wool, rubber pencils, several erasers and electric erasers.

WHAT DELIVERY SERVICE DO YOU USE?
For UK orders, I use Royal Mail's 'Guaranteed by 1PM' service. This is an insured and reliable service, which guarantees your parcel on a selected day, and requires a signature on delivery.
For overseas orders, I use Royal Mail's international 'tracked and signed' service, or Parcel Force for larger parcels. Both are insured and require a signature on delivery.
