PLAYFUL PETS 2022 COMPETITION

Playful Pets competition is now closed for entries and an overall winner announced - congratulations to Rougie the German Shorthaired Pointed (and her human Cheyenne) with their entry of this brilliant photo capturing Rougie mid-shake after a splash in the water. Her favourite activity is swimming and playing fetch. The competition is a search for something a little different for me to draw, and for something playful and fun. This photo is certainly all those things, plus it really caught my eye just for the overall goofiness (is that a word?), it really sums up what the competition is all about.

A big thank you to everyone who took part sending in photos of their playful pets, it was really tough to narrow down the hundreds of entries even to just a shortlist of favourites never mind picking just one winner.
